The National Security Congressional Staff Association (NSCSA) is a bipartisan, bicameral congressional staff organization representing hundreds of members. Our mission is to foster deeper relationships between Hill staff and the broader national security ecosystem to improve the policymaking process and to provide professional development opportunities for our members.

Through its programming, our members have the opportunity to build relationships with other national security-focused congressional staff and become more knowledgeable staffers. This will not only enhance their effectiveness, connectivity, and perspective, but also support policy outcomes that will best protect the nation.

Membership is open to all full-time congressional staff and fellows/detailees whose core portfolio includes national security policy.
